A podcast is an audio and/or video file that can be automatically downloaded to your computer. You can listen to the CenterVBHM series if you use iTunes® or other podcast software, or you can listen to them here on this page. You do not need an iPod® or MP3 player to listen to podcasts.
To listen to a podcast:
1. Select a podcast group that interests you. The group will expand to display a play list of specific podcasts.
2. Click the Play button to listen to a specific podcast.
To download a podcast:
1. Select a podcast group that interests you. The group will expand to display a play list of specific podcasts.
2. Click the Download button to save a specific podcast to your computer. You can then listen to the saved podcast at your convenience using iTunes® or other podcast software.
